Day 1: Endless runner, pixel art and random sounds

I've started working on my game for the GMTK game jam. The theme being "joined together", I opted for a character and his negative self: Steve and NegaSteve.

It's a simple endless runner, but the twist is that you can't jump: you have to switch between Steve and NegaSteve to avoid the obstacles if they are not the same color as the active character.

I've got the core logic and gameplay down, and I've put some really average art and sounds, and if I have enough time tomorrow I'll try to polish everything!
